I really don't know what to say Paul. This is too tragic for words.
My thoughts are with your family.

What can you say that means anything at a time like this? My heart goes out to you all.
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

Very sad news Paul,....
The tube manual is quite like a telephone book. The number of it perfect. It is useful to make it possible to speak with a girl. But we can't see her beautiful face from the telephone number

Thank you all.
Diana her sister and mother are in bits, mother now has the contents of her hospital locker as all her worldly goods. A few nighties and some sterident.
Father in law ran the finance and insurance etc. So everyone clueless as everything destroyed, total loss.
But his other daughter works for age concern and they know of a number to call to trace the insurance, so in the week the ball will be rolling.
County council are sending a structural engineer, most likely to rule demolition.
Fortunately because he was alone since Christmas we have all been fastidious keeping an eye on him. In laws checked smoke alarms only a week before. Diana had visited him during the day it happened and sister in law had spoken to him on phone to check he was ok for bed what it now transpires is moments before it must have happened.
Something must have caused smoke through the whole night, in morning a neighbour seeing smoke opened the unlocked door which let oxygen in and it went from smoke filled house to inferno in minutes.
Always best to leave it to the professionals.
Not for knowledge on broader Internet or social media, but first signs are he had rigamortis when found so we are all hoping the post mortem next week will find death by natural causes.
We expect fire investigation to find he had left a pan on, suffered a fatal incident such as heart attack/stroke/aneurism.
Everyone concerned are hoping for that sort of finding.
It is a terrible thing to not be allowed past a cordon, and waiting for the specific officers to come out to you before you are told of the fatality. The lead officer took me aside from my wife and said Raymond looks like a chimney sweep.

But you are all a great help.
Neighbours collected £215 includes children. When we gave it to Joice she was overwhelmed.
The hospital staff have her as a Vip. The Queen wouldn't get better conditions.
