How do you mark the passing of a legend if you can’t bear country music?

Yes he started out as a jazz man! So I heard on the radio. Perhaps country music was more lucrative. :D

 'country' more lucrative than 'jazz'?!

I remember in an interview years ago Peter King who set up Jazz FM in 89/90 (when played it played Jazz music) was quoted saying "... to make a million pounds in the world of Jazz, 1st invest 2 million pounds..."
"One pound of middle cut pork leg joint,
Stew my foot and call me Brenda".
