Just wondering if anyone has ever tried this?
I have a bunch of valves which are unlabelled, but I know what they are - they were "white label" stock for a wholesaler that would have been badged when shipped to whoever. So, blank tubes were labelled "Mullard", "Philips", whoever - the actual tubes were physically identical - this happened a lot (and still does) - in the USA it was pretty common practice.
What ink etc. was used - I presume it was a rubber transfer print that was used to transfer the design...
I have several types of sub-miniature tubes that I'd like to mark up properly.
Thanks
