Just checking stock (as I do in the Spring) and I have a *lot* of these (>100), NIB...
JAN/CV 6206 / CK5899 datasheet
Any ideas, apart from headphone amps?

Low heater current ; quite a linear gain-stage in pentode mode at eg. 200V/4ma, for front-end of power amp ( buffered with CF ) or in a phono.
Otherwise not too exciting .....

They are designed for UHF, so will need to prevent them oscillating at RF.

Not exciting, but I have a lot of them... they can oscillate if you don;t take the usual precautions....
Must be something constructive...
