No, because this article does not argue that there can be no differences heard between the different resolutions. It does allow for subjectivity, and comes up with a reasonable explanation to back up what is being said.pre65 wrote:Interesting.

The article Ed referred to was typical all competent amplifiers that measure the same, sound the same" type commentary, which we all know is patently untrue.
Audio is a unique mixture of science and subjectivity and to dismiss either side of the equation immediately bars the writer/commentator from having anything valid to say, therefore I reserve the right to ignore such stuff.
