When I upgraded SlimServer to SqueezeCenter 7.3 I didn't bother reinstalling Alien BBC - if I wanted to listed to AM radio I could have sat in the car. Talking with Ed on Saturday apparently it's possible to stream iPlayer now, which is better quality supposedly.
So I've had a look round for how to do it and I can find lots of info about it, but I can't actually find how to do it. Has anybody done it and can give me a simple version of how to do it please? Please don't talk about tarballs and script files or I'm going to buy a DAB radio

iPlayer is a standard part of Squeezebox Server - has been for a while (at least it has for Windows)
I'm on version 7.5.1

Are you using the controller from the Duet ?
Can you access Squeezebox Server from the web interface of a computer on your network ?
I take it that you've got your QNAP working properly again. Did you manage to pin down what it was causing the problem ?

Yes accessing SC through my web browser. I tried to list the options in the plugins window but I couldn't easily copy it and I'd need a number of screenshots.
Well, another power supply sorted it. I've not had much luck with an explanation, just advice to buy a new PS. Fingers crossed, not had another event since the last one...
