#1 Twisted Pear Shunt Regulated Power Supplies

Post by Ray P »

I'm having a bit of a clear out and I thought I would give first dibs here before I list the items on DIY Audio/Ebay.

First up is a set of Twisted Pear Placid HD power supplies and a transformer. I purchased these for use in a DAC project but it didn't happen. Everything was working fine when I last hooked it up. A user guide for the supplies is available on the TPA website.

The Placid HD supplies are the current version 2.1 and consist of a single supply and a bibolar supply, typically used to deliver a clean +5V and +/-15V. Here are links to the items on the TPA website;

The transformer is a custom job by Canterbury Windings. Primary winding is 0-240V and secondaries are;

2 x 0-15V @ 2.05A
1 x 0-9V @ 2.05A

It has an interwinding screen.

Will sell for £60 plus postage at cost plus PayPal fee.
