dave (no its not mine)
Many Thanks Dave, I was trying to avoid eBay,
Not really sure why...
I'll have a good look at it.
I'm new to valve amps to be totally
Honest, so was hoping for a more personal
Transaction with the buyer, hence the forums
To try and learn etc.
I'm not too sure what I'm looking at!!

I've just seen it has only one in put,
I will need more.

Thank you again

not the better kt88 amp which was a late innovation. Wouldn't touch that one with a barge pole and price is way steap.

Just looked under hood, take it back, he's selling it with wkz Black Gates. I wouldn't pay that money but can see why it's expensive.

Kel 84 is the little gem in the stable.

Dave, Yes I one eye on the WD forum too
Tbh the price new seems pretty reasonable,
For both the options on the WD site, I've spoken to Matthew there and he's been great, just thought I'd see what pops up used as I can
Always do without spending dosh.
One question if anyone can answer, why the mammoth difference between prices for say something like the top WD amp and entry level
Korean made Allnic amps? I realise it's a pretty
Uninformed naive question!

Electrically, probably not a lot, though a fully tricked out WD amp has possibly got better components in it (or it can if you want). Main difference is likely to be down to the fancy casework and several levels of middleman costs.

What are your speakers?

Speakers are Box, Kudos C2s , Sensitivity: 88dB , 8 ohms 925mm x 200mm x 270mm
Frequency response: 30Hz – 25 kHz

Do you think the WD amp can drive these properly?

The kt88 one will have no problem, the kel84 may be a bit marginal.
