Thanks to the opening scene of 'Paul' ( Simon Pegg/Nick Frost film about an alien ) I discovered this band and this ace track . I'm amazed I've never come across this before ( from 1978 ) -

Enjoy !

Bloody hell,
Haven't thought about them in years.
My mate Garry and me saw them in 1978 at the Limit Club in Sheffield.
That track brings back fond memories of mis-spent youth. :)
Sgt. Baker started talkin’ with a Bullhorn in his hand.

Aha, yeah, FloppyBootStomp is a mega fan of them. I remember that track being played to death at various 'rock-disco's.

Have you heard from "Floppy" recently Dave ?

I got the 12" single, end of last week and it's great - been going around my head ever since.

one of my all time favourite guitar solos in that song.

Bought the album many years ago and was a bit disappointed with the rest of it compared to this stand out track though.

Almost a Cars / The Knack thing going on in this song.....

Cheers

chaque'un a son goat, I suppose.

Doesn't hit the spot by a light year or so. That's interesting in itself. This evening I've been listening to obscure SAHB and not liking that at all either. Maybe I'm just grouchy!
Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.
