A golden oldy. I saw a version of Trav in a warehouse down in Wapping. For tuberculosis swap HIV and the modern setting is perfect. The audience and singers merged... Not just in the performance... the bar afterwards, which had to be part of the 'do' come to think of it.

Whatever happened next was in the hands of the participants. Joy!
Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.

I was watching some YouTube videos of the Seekers from mid 60s, and then some of their farewell concert in 2014, and was thinking how much enjoyment they have given me over the years.

I still have a Readers Digest boxed set of The Seekers (vinyl) from the 60s, it was one of my first record purchases and is still treasured today. :D

It's brilliant when that happens... A few years ago we were at a private modern dance performance at the Opera House in Tbilisi. The dancers were from Europe (mostly Dutch) and Russia and were brilliant.

After the performance there was a load of food & drink laid on in the magnificent fin de siècle foyer. The dancers wheeled in a grand piano and started just having fun amongst the crowd with little set pieces and improvisations. It was hugely entertaining and completely impromptu. Great evening...

I have that on double disc vinyl. It’s an outstanding album and really well recorded considering it is live. I listen to it often.

On Youtube it's prime example of 'CD guitar' :confused3: , but great playing. I'm about half way through.

.. and vocals and lyrics. It still amazes me how much someone can do with just a voice and a guitar.
