Bye bye, sleep well !
'Room to Live' is excellent. Funny, I didn't even know this album existed until last week. I feel like a teenager discovering a new band again.

The Sing Something Simple collection.

BBC CD, 32 tracks with the Cliff Adams Singers and the Jack Emblow quartet. :D

Thanks, hadn't looked up the rest of their set - Saturday afternoon is one of the best bits of the film.

Bert - so what are the best albums to have, Shaman ? - I guess Jack Orion ?
I have his first album on CD in the car. Think I have Bert and John on LP. I need 'Black water side' though , key track , his and of course Anne Brigg's wonderful rendition.

I'm cooking a curry for tea and swigging a not too good cotes du Rhone...

Terry Riley - a rainbow in curved air

haven't listened to this since 1969.... Okay maybe 1972 but at the time I was reading a big book about being totally stoned whilst lissnin to groovy music and really enjoying myself.

Still enjoying muchly but not reading just cooking!

I think Bert Jansch is one of those musicians who never recorded a bad album.
I like all of them!
The recent releases on Earth are very good.
