Ghost in the machine - the police
Invisible sun is one of my favourite songs, conjures up images every time, i like the idea of an invisible sun, that hopeful aspect of an otherwise dark song.

It actually always seems to give me of bladerunner-esque vibe, a dystopian place, even though i know its about northern ireland
Also starring Rex Hamilton as Abraham Lincoln

Another album I haven’t played for a while. One of the best rock vocalist ever IMHO ( this will be controversial :) )

Trying out a goldring g2300 cartridge this evening, it’s quite promising for rock music - meaty bottom end.

That's controversial I suppose 🤔

Not round here it won’t be!

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

You realise that was released nearly 44 years ago? So perhaps more like over 55? (Time flies!)

No, I am with you on that one as well.

Today I will pick an album where who it is obviously... :D . Putting this goldring cartridge through it’s paces... too many cartridges not enough turntables with arms for all. :(

Excellent album of original Christmas songs, recorded with a big band at Abbey Road studios.
Good songs and stonking sound quality, and not a cheesy cover in sight.
Sgt. Baker started talkin’ with a Bullhorn in his hand.

Yes Steve, I think it's time to find my box of Christmas CDs. :)

And, maybe, just maybe, dust off my Casio keyboard and play a few of my favourite Christmas songs. Though not sure the neighbours will appreciate .
