I guess people might be nervous about connecting other people's DIY amps to their speakers
You may guess wrong :-)

But the more kit the better.

Looking forward to it. Can I bring my brother? He does the woodwork while I do maths and soldering. His amps are more "finished" than mine. Sigh.

Minor disclaimer in the interests of openness. He has started a company making and selling audio cables and isolation products. He's not a salesperson (think he has sold 1 cable in 2 years, he spends all his time tinkering I mean R&D). If the forum is uncomfortable though I'd not invite him.

We do it all the time, and it's been fine about 98% of the time !
ps. No rules against commercial people on here, feel free.

I dont think we ever blown anything up in the last ten years tbh, only thing I can think of is those aer drivers in james' quasars that the surrounds had gone on. Wherabouts are you? Me and my old man are only down the road from owston too, I think simon is the closest :D

The more kit and people the better.

It'll be a dubious honour, the first person to have a fire...

And yes, I guess I probably am the closest. Takes me a full 30 minutes sometimes.

Haha can't wait.

I'm between Penistone and Barnsley. Always happy to host a listening session. Might even put beer and food on if the criticism isn't too biting.

Barks are harder than bites! as the saying goes. Owston can be very jolly.

I've missed quite a few and am getting very nostalgic.
