Is PVA adhesive still the best wood glue ?
If not, what suggestions ? Mainly for gluing BBP.

Polyurethane (Pu) glue is very good, used a lot in the carpentry trade, most diy places will sell it but I use a brand called titebond purchased from Axminster Tools.

I'm led to believe its the same chemical as expanding foam.guy wrote:I like Gorilla glue, expands a bit while curing but very strong.

I knew a guy thta fixed his baths in with expanding foam. Trough the wall squirt it in, push bath (with the sticky protective film intact) cut flush to wall after its finished expanding. That is one bath that will not let water run down back to flta below, and it will never budge.
