Re: Nothing In Particular

Should have added this, but can't edit my last post any more:

What to do if you are infected by ransomware: https://krebsonsecurity.com/2016/12/bef ... re-demand/

Brian Krebs is a good guy - his blog is an excellent read (if you're into that sort of thing).

From the Levi Strauss web site: Originally included as protection for pocket watches, thus the name, this extra pouch has served many functions, evident in its many titles: frontier pocket, condom pocket, coin pocket, ma...

Re: Nothing In Particular

Nerdy fun. I was doing some network testing today and was using nslookup (available on lots of operating systems). So I query bbc.co.uk and get back the IPv6 and IPV4 addresses - note the IPV6 ones. Name: bbc.co.uk Addresses: 2001:41c1:4008::bbc:1 2001:41c1:4008::bbc:2 2001:41c1:4008::bbc:3 2001:41c...

Re: Nothing In Particular

After some research, I'm now using LastPass. Seems pretty good and works on IOS, Android & Windows etc. Free for 60 days then $1/pcm thereafter. It seems good on the latest Android - as I have a Google phone, I'm on 7.1.2 with May 17 patches... Also running Windows 10 version 1703/Build 15063.0....

Re: Nebo 8

The first is a matter of personal taste (I dislike it), but the second is a pain to beekeepers as it's almost impossible to extract without destroying the comb and the bees themselves can't use it as they need sugar in a solution, not crystallized. Do you suffer this in your own hives Nick ? Regret...

Random info for today: Rape is a member of the cabbage (Brassicaceae) family, i.e. is cruciferous. Now, this is not a bad thing in itself - as has been pointed out, the oil is good and the "cake", what's left after the oil has been extracted, makes good cattle feed. The fields of bright ye...

This is an email I've just written and sent out to our company - I've anonymised it but it is directly applicable to all here - do read it and take note... I feel a shit sight better for it too. What did it? thoughts of self preservation, thinking of the saved money, the horrid images on the packets? No. The fact that the government banned the ten deck, and I have very rarely bought 20s Seems like a daft reason, but its as good as any Really, really, ...
