Well pre, I put on "Massive Attack - Phat Planet" last night and the bass slam through me against the far wall and staved 3 of my ribs in.

Its hard to believe such miniscule boxes could be so potent.

I must say.....At the time DAB SEEMED WONDERFUL. It was bigged up no end....and the answer to all our probs. Dead simple to tune. Millions of stations. Sound quality out of this world. etc...etc...etc. Reality.........shit. fm rules. Anyone remember the good old days of Ham Cb radio. 10/4 Rubber Duc...

Not into DIY, although I did manage to build a WAD valve kit once.
Sounded rather nice for a couple of weeks then for some strange reason it just stopped working..!!!

looking to purchase another Valve amp soon (el34) so if anyone has any recommendations that would be appreciated.....

Speakers may be a tricky load though 83db 15ohm.
