Seems like they might be "super tweeters" ? @ 15 Ohm - if so they don't add a huge amount, not supposed to. Or try simply increasing the capacitor value?

Well, 4A minimum, low DCR (less than an ohm ideally?) and as many henries as possible for a start? How much :)? If somebody can tie down what sort of "specs" you want, I could ask my captive transformer man. If it's just a case of winding such and such a gauge of wire onto a laminated core, how many windings etc. Presumably it has to be gapped, due to the large current I think that part of it is the...
